What needs to be done:

The following payment and shipping solutions implemented in Joomshopping - a plugin for Joomla. 
I also need to make them installable as a Joomla plugin or modul (use Joomla or Joomshop extensionmanager), so I can install them on several shops.

I also have two more solutions that need to be in function:  it is possibillity to pay by bank (accountnr details + payinfo -reminder to the customer to mark the payment with lastname and ordernumber) - but this I think is possible to set up without programming.

Also we have a solution called "Postoppkrav" - here you pay cash on postoffice when picking up delivery. Problem I have had on this is that this has an extra fee on around 5 dollars, and in virtuemart I manage to set up this, by giveing this payment a negative rabatt. The problem is that its also tax on this, and if shop had several taxes, the prce went crazy.

What is needed to be specified in the orders:

Price on every product (can be with tax).
Sub products total without tax 
Total tax  on products 
Sub total with tax (without shipping)

Shipping total (with tax)
If "Postoppkrav " is choosen: include fee
Sub total products + tax

Specified tax on shipping 
Specified tax on "Postoppkrav" (This wil always be the same amount).
